GMK have also added a project management dimension to our list of services. As Principle Contractor we are responsible for; Appointing and Managing Sub-Contractors in Health and Safety, Quality, Timeline Installations and Client Budgets. Sub-Contractors must work to GMK Procedures and Systems of works such as our Safe-T-Cert and ISO-9001.

To carry out the Principle Contractor role, GMK utilises in-house, Project Managers, Health and Safety Advisors, Quantity Surveyors, Site managers and Site Supervisors, tailor made to meet the client's needs. 

We are currently providing this service numerous clients, who are blue-chip major international companies over a number of years. It is our intention to provide this service to our other existing and new clients in Ireland, the UK and Europe.
